Scheduling and Appointments

By requesting service, you agree to be available at the scheduled appointment time. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For emergency services, we will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.

Pricing and Payment

We strive to provide transparent, upfront pricing. Our services are provided at rates disclosed at the time of service or in the written estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or abuse
  • External factors beyond our control
  • Pre-existing conditions

Manufacturer warranties apply to any parts or equipment installed and are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

Horn Plumbing & Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please remove or secure any valuables or fragile items in the work vicinity. You must inform us of any known defects, hazards, or special conditions affecting the property.
